CHATEAU RAUZAN DESPAGNE
The Vignobles Despagne are located in Bordeaux, in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers, for more than 200 years, and perpetuate a family tradition focused on excellence. Family business, the Vignobles Despagne, built around 5 castles (mentioned in the Feret since 1868), have made their way to the biggest names thanks to an innovative know-how, both in terms of its terroirs and winemaking.
The two seas are located between 2 rivers: the Garonne and Dordogne. It is the influence of ocean that rises the streams that will give its name to our region. It also requires a coastal license to the limit of Entre-Deux-Mers to navigate its rivers. We live to the rhythm of the Ocean and its influences, that's why we are in love with the Mascaret, this wave that goes up the river, from the mouth of the Gironde on big days.
